Getting Started on Your TVA Financing
 
Normally this is a fast process. To to get started on your financing, we need a little information. Remember, it is perfectly alright to go ahead and list a co-signer if you suspect there may be credit issues.
 
To obtain financing you must have:
 

  1. At least one of the Applicant's Name must be on the Utility Bill and the Property Deed

  2. Date of Birth for anyone on the application 
  3. Social Security Number for anyone on the application
  4. Drivers License Number for anyone on the application.
  5. Power Company name that supplys the electricty for the property
Once the loan is approved and work is complete all we need:
  1. A photo copy of your Drivers License.
  2. Signatures on all required forms (we will get with you and go over them in person)
