Maximum Comfort Service Agreement Program

Allen’s Air Conditioning, Inc. has developed a service maintenance program that gives the homeowner two complete services a year. We call it our Maximum Comfort Program. This program insures that your equipment runs at its most efficient level year round. The spring/summer service checks the equipment in the cooling operation and the Fall/Winter inspection gets the equipment ready for the cold winter.

Dust Free Electrostatic Filters

We offer Dust Free Electrostatic Filters. We can get your filter in all of the standard sizes or we can get you a custom made filter to fit your unique situation. These filters can use your current central system to clean the air in your home. As air passes over the filter dust is removed from the air down to minute particle. This will help with allergies, dust, and other problems associated with airborne pollutants in the home.

Programmable Thermostats

Allen’s Air Conditioning, Inc. recommends Programmable Thermostats for most homes. Families today typically keep regular schedules. Having the ability to program your thermostat to coincide with your busy schedule can save you money. You can program the thermostat to cut the unit down during the day while you are away or while you sleep. You can also program the thermostat to bring the unit back up while you are at home and awake. This will reduce the running time of the unit and save energy costs.
